1 General Terms & Conditions

By using TK Baje (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform"), you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. It is mandatory to read these terms carefully before using any of TK Baje's services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between TK Baje and each registered member, governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. TK Baje reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any such amendment will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration

To create an account on TK Baje, you must complete the registration form with accurate and truthful information. Accounts opened with false details may be terminated at any time, and all funds in such accounts may be forfeited.

What you need to register:

Full Name (as per National ID)
Active mobile number
A valid email address
Date of birth
Payment method details (bKash / Nagad / Rocket number)

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed. You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and must not share it with anyone.

Caution: Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Age & Eligibility

TK Baje is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. TK Baje reserves the right to request a copy of your National ID or passport for age verification at any time.

Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds in that account will not be returned. It is your responsibility to ensure that children in your household cannot access your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to register
You may be required to submit an ID document for verification
Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete
Providing a false age will result in permanent account closure

4 Deposits & Payments

You can deposit on TK Baje via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Funds are typically credited to your account instantly. If you experience any delay, please contact our support team.

Deposit Limits:

Minimum deposit: ৳500
Maximum single deposit: ৳1,00,000
Daily maximum deposit: ৳5,00,000

TK Baje only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name. Funds sent from another person's account will not be accepted and will be returned.

Note: Always use the correct reference number when making a deposit, or your funds may be delayed in reaching your account.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw your winnings from TK Baje, you must first complete identity verification. Once verified, funds are typically sent to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

Withdrawal limits:

Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
Maximum weekly withdrawal: ৳10,00,000

Withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours to process. Once a withdrawal is being processed, it may not be possible to cancel it. TK Baje reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for verification purposes in cases of suspicious transactions.

Please note: Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions on TK Baje come with their own terms and conditions. Claiming a bonus means you agree to those terms. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements may result in the bonus being cancelled.

General Bonus Rules:

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 20x to 35x
Bonus funds must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly
Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once is prohibited
Every bonus has an expiry date; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled
Winnings from free spins are also subject to wagering requirements

7 Gaming Rules

All games on TK Baje operate using internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is completely random and cannot be predetermined by anyone.

TK Baje is not liable for any disconnection that occurs during gameplay
If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the wager will be refunded
If you notice any bug or error during gameplay, please report it to Support immediately
Exploiting bugs or errors for personal gain is strictly prohibited

8 Prohibited Activities

Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions

Warning: If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

TK Baje may close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

Breach of Terms & Conditions
Registering with false information
Suspicious financial transactions
Account belonging to a minor
Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months)
User's own request

You may also close your account at any time by contacting Support. Any remaining balance (provided all conditions are met) can be withdrawn before closure.

10 Responsible Gaming
